The Content Module in DShub is where users can upload, organize, and manage their media files (images/videos). This section allows for easy access and sorting of files, which can then be added to playlists and scheduled for display. Accessing the Content Page When users navigate to the Content Page, they can upload and organize their media files efficiently. The page is designed to provide a seamless experience for managing content. Main Elements on the Content Page 1. Search Bar – Allows users to search for files and folders by name. 2. Sort Options – Users can filter and sort content using: - All – Displays all uploaded media across every type. - Recently Used – Shows the most recently accessed files. - Type Tabs – Filter by All, Videos, Images, or Folders. 3. Upload Section – Users can: - Drag and Drop Files directly into the upload box. - Click Select Files to manually browse and upload images/videos. - Supported formats include images, videos, audio, PDF, and Word/PowerPoint documents. 4. Upload Button – Provides an alternative way to open the file selector for uploading new media. 5. Add Folder Button – Allows users to create folders for better content organization. 6. Folder View – Users can view their content inside folders, making it easier to categorize files, templates, and YouTube links within the content library. 7. Upload from Playlist – Users can also directly upload content from the Playlist Module, allowing seamless media addition while creating or editing a playlist. Best Practices 1. Keep your files organized using folders for different campaigns or projects. 2. Use clear file names to make searching easier. 3. Regularly clean up unused files to save storage space. 4. Monitor your storage limit and upgrade to the Pro Plan (5 GB) or purchase additional storage add-ons as needed.
