User Roles & Permissions
Invite teammates from the Users page: click Invite User, enter their email, and assign a role and location.
- Location Admin: full control of that location, including screens, content, schedules, users, and billing view.
- Admin: manage content, playlists, schedules, and screens, but cannot invite/remove users or manage billing.
- User / Employee: create and manage content, playlists, and schedules only.
- Read Only: view-only access to everything.
Edit or deactivate a user's access anytime from the Users page.
