Managing Locations

The Locations page lets organization admins manage multiple storefronts or brands under one account. Each location has its own name, address, and contact details. - Add Location: creates a new one, limited by your plan's location count (extra locations are $10/month each). - Set Default: mark any location as your organization's default. - Switch Session: change your active session to work in a different location. - Edit / Delete: update a location's details or remove it entirely.

Managing Your Subscription & Billing

Manage your plan from My Account > Billing. - Subscription Status: shows Active, Cancellation Scheduled, or Canceled. - Purchase History: view your plan, screen add-ons, location add-ons, and template credits. - Cancel Subscription: you'll keep access until the end of the billing period; the confirmation shows exactly what you'd lose before you confirm. - Add More Screens or Locations: purchase add-ons directly from the Screens or Locations pages when you hit your plan limit..

My Account Settings

My Account has five tabs. - Profile: update your name, email, and password (skipped if you signed up with Google). - Organization: edit your organization's name and contact details, and manage team members. - Language: set your preferred interface language. - Billing: view and manage your subscription. - Integrations: connect or disconnect your Instagram and Canva accounts (account-level access only — adding those apps to a specific playlist is done from the Playlist Editor).
