The Templates page has two tabs:

DSHub Canvas: pre-made templates you can browse, preview, and edit directly (some are marked Premium).

My Canva Designs: shows designs from your connected Canva account (connect Canva first from the Integrations tab in My Account).
Each template can be viewed, edited, and added to a playlist like any other content.
